Any clear photo where your pet's face is visible works well. We recommend well-lit photos taken at eye level. Don't worry if it's not perfect — our artists are skilled at working with all kinds of shots.

We typically deliver within 7–10 working days across the UK. Each portrait is made to order, so we take care to get it right before it ships.

Before we print anything, we'll send you a digital proof of your portrait to approve. If it's not quite right, we'll remake it — free, up to 3 times — until you're happy. Only then does it go to print.

Every portrait ships in one of our classic wooden frames, available in black or white. The slim 20mm profile sits just 22mm from the wall for a clean, modern look. Prints are produced using Giclée printing with water-based inks on sustainably sourced materials, then finished behind perspex and acrylic.
