- Can you work from older or lower-quality photos?
- Often, yes. Memorial portraits are frequently made from the photos you happen to have, not ones staged for the occasion. If we don't think a photo will give you a portrait you'll love, we'll tell you before we start work.
- Can I include a name or dates?
- Yes. Many memorial portraits include the pet's name, and sometimes their dates. Just tell us what you'd like when you place your order — we keep the typography quiet and considered so it reads as a portrait, not a plaque.
- How long does the process take?
- We send a free digital proof within roughly 48 hours. You can take as long as you need to approve it — we know these orders are not always urgent, and we won't chase you. Once approved, printing, framing and UK delivery is typically a few days.
- I'm not ready to write anything. Is that okay?
- Yes. You don't need to explain anything. Upload a photo and place the order — we'll take it from there. If you'd like to add a name, dates, or a short line, you can do it at any point before you approve the proof.
- What if the portrait doesn't feel right?
- We'll rework it, quietly and without making a thing of it. Revisions are free. If it still isn't right, we refund you. No portrait should make a loss feel worse.
