Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how FurFrames services are provided and the rules for using our website and placing orders.

Last updated: 16 April 2026

1. Who we are

This website and service are operated by FurFrames, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom, trading as FurFrames. If you need to contact us, email support@furframes.co.uk.

2. About our service

FurFrames creates custom pet portrait artwork from images you upload through our website. You can choose product options, view a preview, and place an order for a printed and/or framed portrait and optional digital copy.

3. Eligibility and account use

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of details you provide.

4. Your uploaded content

You keep ownership of photos and text you upload. By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to use it and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process, edit, store, and reproduce that content solely to provide the service (including creating previews and fulfilling your order).

5. Product previews and differences

Previews are digital representations and may differ slightly from the final physical product due to materials, printing, framing, and screen display settings.

6. Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices shown on the website are in GBP. Product options and delivery location may affect the final total. An order is only accepted when we confirm acceptance after checkout. We may reject orders in limited cases (for example, if uploaded content is unsuitable or unlawful).

7. Delivery and timelines

Estimated delivery windows are guidance only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, such as courier disruption or force majeure events.

8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

As items are personalised, cancellation and refund rights may be limited once production has started, subject to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If an item arrives damaged or materially defective, contact us and we will review replacement, remake, or refund options.

9. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You must not upload content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate. We may remove content and refuse service where required to comply with law or protect our service and users.

10. Liability and disclaimers

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation). Subject to that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date shown at the top.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protections in your local UK jurisdiction apply.
