- What kind of photo should I send?
- A clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet's eye level is ideal. Natural daylight beats flash every time. It doesn't need to be studio-quality — most of our favourite portraits started as phone snaps on a kitchen floor.
- Is my photo good enough?
- If in doubt, send a couple of options when you place your order. If we don't think we can make a portrait you'll love, we'll tell you before we start — and you won't be charged.
- Can I crop or combine photos?
- Yes. If you want two pets from two different photos in one frame, or a specific crop, just let us know in the order notes. We'll compose it before the first proof.
- How long until I see the portrait?
- You'll receive a free digital proof within roughly 48 hours of uploading your photo. Revisions are free, and nothing goes to print until you approve it.
- What if the portrait isn't quite right?
- We'll remake it. Revisions are unlimited and free. If, after all that, it still isn't right, we'll refund you.
